Which metrics can Revenue Pulse show?
Revenue Pulse can show hotel-day occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, room revenue, total revenue, rooms sold or vacant, arrivals, departures, cancellations, no-shows, and other fields when the processed source reports provide them. Available metrics and report tabs vary by PMS and report type.
Is Revenue Pulse a real-time PMS dashboard?
No. Revenue Pulse is built from successfully processed PMS and night-audit reports. The view changes when new supported reports are received and processed; it is not a continuous two-way PMS feed and does not claim instant source-system freshness.
What comparisons and signals are available?
Where enough source data exists, the selected hotel day can be compared with the prior day, 7-, 30-, or 90-day baselines, the same date last year, and day-of-week context. Rule-based and report-quality signals can highlight items such as ADR or occupancy versus baseline, revenue versus the prior day, elevated cancellations, no-shows, or questionable source data.
Can managers dismiss or snooze a signal?
Yes. A manager can dismiss a signal for the selected date or snooze it for seven days. Those actions manage the Revenue Pulse review state; they do not change the PMS, adjust a rate, correct a folio, or create a task automatically.
How does the GM morning briefing work?
An authorized user generates or regenerates the briefing on demand for the selected hotel day. Haven drafts a concise summary from available KPIs, deltas, and ranked signals, including a headline, key numbers, changes, watch items, and a suggested next move. Staff reviews the output and decides what to do next.
Can Revenue Pulse show trends and export data?
Yes. The history view supports available 7-, 30-, 90-, or 180-day KPI trends. CSV export covers the selected hotel day and the KPI rows available in its processed reports, not the loaded trend range, a complete accounting ledger, or every historical PMS field.
Does every hotel get forecast, pace, pickup-risk, and channel views?
No. Forward-looking forecast, pace, sellout, pickup-risk, channel, rate-plan, market-segment, and similar sections depend on the hotel's assigned PMS and the specific supported reports that have been processed. Missing source data results in an unavailable or awaiting-data state rather than an invented metric.
Who can access Revenue Pulse and receive its daily-summary notification?
Revenue Pulse is an administrator-facing Financial Hub page, and access depends on the hotel's subscription, setup, selected-hotel context, and page permissions. Eligible active administrators or owners must opt into the Revenue Pulse daily-summary topic and remain unmuted; in-app and push delivery still depend on successful report processing and notification configuration.
