The page separates pool and spa entries, filters by date range, searches notes within the loaded results, and plots pH, chlorine, water temperature, and total alkalinity over time. Built-in range cues help staff review entered values; they are not configurable compliance rules or automatic alerts. A selected date range can be downloaded as PDF or CSV.

The page can request entries by pool or spa and by start and end date, search notes within the loaded entries, and chart pH, chlorine, water temperature, and total alkalinity. The normal on-screen query returns a limited set of recent matching entries, so the page should not be treated as an unlimited-history promise.
Yes. After choosing a start and end date, an authorized user can download the matching pool, spa, or combined entries as PDF or CSV. Exports include the recorded readings, notes, and recorder attribution where available. The files organize the hotel's records; they do not certify compliance with a jurisdiction or brand standard.
Hotel team members with access to the page can add and edit entries. A user can delete an entry they recorded; admins and users granted Delete Anyone's Logs permission can delete other users' entries. Pool and spa volume settings are limited to admins or users granted configuration access.
No. Authorized users can store pool and spa water volumes, but the current module does not turn those values into chemical-dosing recommendations. It also does not schedule readings, send reminders, attach photos or signatures, or automatically create a task or work order.
