Yes. Authorized staff can email a tokenized review link. The portal is available only while the contract is in a viewable lifecycle state, and an expiration date can make the link unavailable.
While the contract is Sent or in Negotiation, the primary recipient can comment and propose replacement text for a section. Staff reviews the request and can accept, reject, counter, or resolve it. Contract terms stop changing after the first signature.
Yes. Staff can add designated signers and send signer-specific links. Each signer draws a signature and confirms consent while the contract is accepting signatures.
Hotel Central records signature evidence, consent, the bound contract version, timestamp, IP address, and user agent. Hotels should confirm their own legal, brand, and policy requirements; this workflow is not presented as legal certification.
Yes. Staff can upload contract-scoped documents, categorize them, and choose which files are shared with the recipient. Recipient-shared files are available through the valid contract portal.
No. It manages contract review and signature workflow. An existing Digital Authorization can be linked when the user has separate access, but the contract workspace does not book rooms in the PMS, collect payment, or post billing automatically.
A contract can be associated with a hotel group; do not assume automatic rooming-list synchronization. Group Room Lists remains a separate related workflow, and related-module availability should be confirmed during setup.
