Digital Authorizations
Digital card authorizations with audit trails, fraud analysis, and rebuttal docs.
Hotel sends a secure SMS/email link. Guest enters card info, uploads ID, and e-signs. Staff get an audit PDF plus chargeback analysis and rebuttal documents.
What this is.
Replaces the paper 'I authorize this card to be charged' form. Hotel sends an SMS/email with a secure link. Guest views auth details, enters card info, uploads ID front/back + a photo of the card, e-signs (type or draw), and submits with a legal attestation. PCI-compliant capture, fully audit-trailed. For chargebacks, each authorization can include fraud analysis and rebuttal documents so the hotel can build and send a response from Hotel Central.

- ID upload
- E-signature
- Audit + rebuttal
- SMS + email
Paperless authorizations, in motion.
Three looping previews of how Digital Authorizations replace the form binder, a signature captured into an audit-trail PDF, the send-to-guest delivery status, and an inbound auth email parsed into a structured record.

The Haven AI inside this feature.
Haven is Hotel Central's neural network, one model fine-tuned on how your hotel runs. Here is exactly what it does on this surface; every preview is an animation of how Haven behaves, grounded in your property's own data.
What it solves.
Third-party reservations and group bookings still require a signed CC auth form, faxed back. Then a chargeback arrives and the hotel has to prove what was authorized. Digital Authorizations puts the flow on the guest's phone and keeps the dispute response attached.
The signed CC auth, evidence trail, fraud analysis, and rebuttal documents live in one Hotel Central workflow.
dispute-ready, instead of a faxed paper CC auth form
