What this is.

Group Room Lists gives every group booking its own password-protected portal at a unique URL. The organizer (a wedding planner, conference lead, team manager, or corporate admin) shares the link, attendees submit their room preferences and details, and the organizer assigns rooms, sets a preference deadline, and watches responses land in real time. Toggle between a grid and a list view, theme the portal to the group's brand, and run it in the attendee's language.
