At this time, we only support read-only report ingestion for Opera, SynXis Property Hub, HotelKey, and more, via email, PDF, or CSV. Scanned by Haven into Night Audit Intelligence and Revenue Pulse. No two-way PMS integration. Your PMS continues to own reservations and billing while Hotel Central runs the daily ops across every department.

- Can housekeeping use this without training?
- Yes. The housekeeping mobile app was designed for staff who do not consider themselves tech users. It uses icons, photos, and large touch targets. Most properties report over 80% adoption in week one.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- The mobile companion app works fully offline. All actions queue locally and sync when the connection restores. The audit trail preserves the actual time of the action, not the sync time.
- How long does onboarding take?
